Teen Counseling

Supporting Teens and Families

We understand that the teenage years can be a challenging and confusing time. Our team acts as a "bridge" between parents and teens, fostering understanding and connection. While maintaining client confidentiality, we work to build trust with our teen clients, "hold space" for them, and keep parents appropriately informed with updates and guidance.

Sometimes, teenagers need a neutral party outside of their immediate family and friends to help them feel heard, understood, and to process their unique circumstances in a healthy way. Our goal is to help your teen not only survive but thrive during this pivotal time in their life.

We're here to help your family navigate the complexities of adolescence. What specific challenges are you and your teen currently facing?

Experienced Support for Every Journey

Our team includes counselors with a wealth of experience, including former educators (in Special Education, Advanced Academic Placement/Gifted, and General Education) and high school counselors. This background allows us to provide individualized care and support, ensuring you get the help and guidance you need.

We're passionate about working with diverse communities, including the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community, and teens and families navigating IEPs (or those who may need one) and special education services. Our counselors are here to support teens as they seek out services in the public school setting and transition into their college years.

We believe in providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment so you can feel comfortable and secure discussing your feelings and experiences. We're here to listen, understand your needs, and help you find the best possible solutions to your challenges.

What specific areas of support are you looking for, or what challenges are you currently facing?

Note: If you or your teen are deaf or hearing impaired, a thorough screening and introduction must take place to ensure that communication (voice/ASL) is strong enough for sessions to take place. We do not have a certified interpreter.
